The ocean as your playground
The Dutch Ocean Challenge (also known as DOC) was a unique journey around the world. Travel enthusiasts could participate in an energy-conscious adventure made possible by many collaborative efforts. The story of each highlight is told through adventure-pictures and video blogs and the entire journey could be followed, as well as the current position of the catamaran. Google Earth was the perfect way to visualize this and the possibility for participants to easily register through the website, helped making this project a huge success.
Besides the catamaran there was virtually no tangible product. The ocean was the playground for creating these breathtaking experiences.
